SHIPPING POLICY
- We process orders within every Wednesday, cut off time is 12pm to be shipped out Thursday morning.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Lag Bag and Afterpay are not responsible for delays caused
by courier services, Lag Bag will contact you directly if there are expected delays with dispatching your items.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the product
is unused and in original packaging.
- To a request a return, contact our Customer Care team via live chat or email at lagbagnz@gmail.com - someone will contact you within 24hours.
- Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product is
faulty or damaged.
- Refunds made with items purchased via afterpay are issued through your afterpay app.
- Refunds are only made if items are damaged or faulty, incorrect sizing is not accepted for refunds unless incorrectly sent by Lag Bag, all items are purchased on demand, damages believe to have been caused before delivery need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your products.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or altered.
-Gift cards & promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns are processed once returned items have been received, returned & inspected.
- Original shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable.
